The LCO’s most recent report, Regulating AI: Critical Issues and Choices, is the first comprehensive Canadian analysis of how to regulate government use of AI systems to ensure access to justice, human rights, procedural fairness and legal accountability. The LCO is located in Toronto at Osgoode Hall Law School.
