The Manitoba Law Commission has released its Final Report, Improving the Small Claims System in Manitoba: On February 10, 2017, the Commission released a Final Report on Improving the Small Claims System in Manitoba. The Commission makes 11 recommendations to improve The Court of Queen’s Bench Small Claims Practices Act and procedure regarding Small Claims Court. This report is part of the Commission’s project on Access to Courts and Court Processes. The Commission’s recommendations are intended to improve the administration of justice in Manitoba.
